• I can't find the car I want to rent on your site - does that mean you don't provide it?

  Absolutely not. Fleets of Luxury Car Rentals are constantly updating and availability can change, therefore feel free to contact us regarding any luxury car you want to rent, and we will do our best to find the match that suits your requirements.

• What are the requirements to rent a luxury car?

  In order to rent a luxury car you need to provide:

  • A valid credit card at your name or another person that will be present at delivery of the car
  • A valid passport/ID of the cardholder
  • A valid driving license and the minimum Age Requirements. Driver’s licenses printed in non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an international driver’s license or a notarized english translation.
• What are your business hours and what are the pick-up and drop-off locations?

  Our Luxury Car Rental Suppliers offers a 24 hour customer service operation and a “meet and greet” service at airports as well as hotels or any location of your choice. The quotes will always include delivery and collection to any address of your choice within the given locations.

• What is the difference between the luxury car rental services and the rental services offered from regular rental car companies?

  Luxury Car Rental services are tailored for high-end customers, supplying high-end cars and providing a Meet&Greet service in any location (Airport, Train Stations, Hotels, Villas, etc…), road assistance during the rental, and maximum flexibility on pick up and drop off locations.

  One Way Rentals are possible, so you may rent in a Luxury Car for example in Milan and return it back in Cannes.

  A designated person will be in touch with the client for any assistance during the rental or any change required. Luxury Car Rentals are 24/7 operative to deliver and collect cars as long as everything is arranged in advance.

• What is the minimum rental period and how do the rental days are counted?

  We offer rental for a minimum of 24 hours period. Hourly rental are not possible.
  A day of rental is considered as 24 hours, this means that if you rent a car from 10 a.m. on first day, you will have to return it back at the same day the following day. A tolerance of 1 hour is accepted.

• Why do I have to leave a Security Deposit? What about Insurance?

  Renting high-end Luxury Cars comes with Responsibilities. As part of our commitment to providing a comprehensive rental experience, we offer two essential insurance options: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Third Party Liability.

  1. Full Kasko Insurance with Deductible (also known as Collision Damage Waiver – CDW): Full Kasko Insurance with Deductible is designed to mitigate potential financial liabilities in the event of damage to the rented car. It provides a level of protection by limiting your responsibility for covered damages.

  How CDW works: If you find yourself in a situation where you self-damage the rented car, CDW can help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. However, it’s important to note that our deductible amounts range from €2,000 to €25,000 depending on the vehicle rented. This means that in the unfortunate event of a total damage, you would be only responsible for paying the deductible amount, while the CDW insurance will cover the exceeding damage costs or in case of total damage, the value of the car.

  For example, if the repair cost for the damage is €8,000 and your deductible is €5,000, you would need to cover the deductible, while the remaining €3,000 would be covered by the CDW insurance.

  It’s crucial to understand that CDW does not cover damages resulting from intentional acts, negligence, or violations of the rental agreement terms and conditions. This includes reckless driving, racing, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or using the vehicle off-road where prohibited. In such cases, you would be fully liable for all costs associated with the damage.

  2. Third Party Liability: Third Party Liability insurance is a vital component of our rental service, ensuring protection in case you cause damage to someone else’s property or injure another person while operating the rented sports car. This Coverage has no deductible, so you won’t be liable for damages caused to Third Parties.

  How Third Party Liability works: If you were to be involved in an accident where you are at fault and cause damage to another vehicle or injuries to individuals, Third Party Liability insurance provides coverage for the affected party’s property damage and medical expenses. This safeguards you from potentially significant financial liabilities arising from such incidents.

  Additionally, it’s important to understand how Third Party Liability insurance works when the other party involved in an accident is at fault. In such cases, with proper documentation like an insurance or police report, the third party’s insurance should cover the costs of damages to the rented sports car.

  When the other party is determined to be at fault: If you are involved in an accident where the other driver is deemed responsible, their Third Party Liability insurance should cover the costs associated with repairing the damages to the rented car. This means that you would not be held liable for the expenses, as long as the necessary documentation is provided.
